Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, contact us at iposturepro@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be new and unused, unworn and unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, in its original condition, returned with its original packaging and included items, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, stained, stretched, or show signs of body contact are not eligible for a sizing, preference, or change-of-mind return.

Opening the shipping package does not automatically prevent a return. However, the product must remain new and unused.

Return Approval

All returns require prior written approval.

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.

If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and any necessary instructions by email.

THE BUSINESS ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE IS NOT A RETURN ADDRESS.

DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO THAT ADDRESS. RETURNS SENT WITHOUT APPROVAL OR TO AN UNAUTHORIZED ADDRESS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for returns involving incorrect size selection, change of mind, personal preference, accidental order, or product no longer wanted.

Return-shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Customers should use a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, refused, or sent to the wrong address.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Customers who want a different size or product must return the eligible original item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

We may request photographs, video, packaging information, and other reasonable evidence before providing a resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

Damage caused after delivery, improper use, incorrect sizing, alteration, washing, misuse, or failure to follow instructions is not considered a product defect.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return: used or worn products, washed or altered products, damaged or incomplete products, products missing original packaging or included items, products returned after the 30-day period, products sent without approval, products sent to an unauthorized address, gift cards, digital products after delivery or access, and products clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.

A discounted product is not automatically considered Final Sale unless it was clearly marked that way before purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, return-shipping costs, duties, and other outside fees are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Orders that have already shipped must follow this Refund Policy.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Refusing delivery or failing to collect an order does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

Any refund will be considered only after the package is returned, received, and reviewed.

Shipping charges, return fees, customs fees, and other related costs may be deducted where permitted.

Policy Abuse

We may limit or refuse returns involving suspected fraud, abuse, repeated misuse, false claims, altered products, unauthorized returns, or violations of this policy.

We may provide order, tracking, communication, and transaction records to payment providers or financial institutions when responding to a dispute.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
